What is LEVEL6?
Level 6 is “Build your Own” . With Level 6 projects you will build your own project and get maximum returns on your Investments which none of the levels can give.
At Level 5 is a Group buying concept. Investor joins hands with a group of investors generally known to him and approaches the Developer as a Group to gain a good bargain on the deal.
Level 4 is nothing but investing in property at its prelaunch. In the lure of 10 to 15 % discount investors invest in prelaunch offers by the developers even when most of the approvals are not in place.
Level 3 is when Investor chooses to invest in an under construction project. A lot of attractive schemes floating around and its difficult to avoid noticing their advertisements all arond . Also the sales guy is very good at presentationand persuasive enough , Investor lands up investing in under construction property at added cost.
Level 2 is investing in New ready possession property. In the temptation of ready and guaranteed possession and to avoid refurbishing of resale property Investor goes for new ready possession project.
Level 1 is an invesment in resale property. Investor succumbs to the pressure tectics of a persistant real estate broker and invests in a resale property at a high rate and additionally incurs lot of expense on refurbishing the property.
